Free Shipping
All orders ship for FREE! This includes:
- Complete bicycles
- Accessories and parts
- All order sizes
Standard Shipping Timeframes
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 1-2 Days
- Shipping time: 5-7 Days
Note: Affected by Covid-19, there may be some delay in delivery times.
Shipping Methods
We ship exclusively via FedEx and UPS for reliable and trackable delivery service.
Separate Battery Shipment
If you order an eBike, your battery may ship separately due to shipping regulations. In this event:
- You will receive a separate tracking number for your battery shipment
- This arrangement helps expedite your overall shipping process
- Both packages should arrive within a similar timeframe
Tracking Information
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships
- Please note there may be delays between when shipping confirmation is sent and when the package is scanned at a carrier facility
- Tracking information on the carrier’s website will not be accurate until the package has been scanned into their system
International Shipping Considerations
While we do not directly ship internationally, if you have arranged to ship your bike internationally through a third-party service:
- You are responsible for paying all duties and taxes associated with import
- We do not provide service or warranty to bikes shipped internationally
- If replacement parts become necessary, you will be responsible for all shipping, part costs, and import fees/taxes
- We cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation for third-party shipping services
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Important return shipping policies:
- You are responsible for arranging and paying for your own return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If you receive a product refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance
PO Box and APO Addresses
We do not ship to APO or PO Box addresses. If you provide such an address and your package is refused:
- You may choose to cancel your order
- A restocking fee of up to $300 may be applied if cancellation is requested
Lost or Stolen Packages
Dakeya Bike is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise resulting from handling by a shipping carrier after delivery has been confirmed. We recommend:
- Having someone available to receive packages
- Providing delivery instructions if necessary
- Considering a shipping address where packages can be received securely
Legal Compliance
No matter where you are located, it is your responsibility to follow the rules and regulations of your locality concerning the proper and lawful use of electric bicycles.
Pre-Order Shipping
When pre-ordering a product:
- The estimated shipping date will be clearly displayed on the product page
- We may update this estimated date as production progresses
- You will receive email notifications about any significant changes to the shipping timeline
Large Item Delivery
For eBikes and other large items:
- Delivery will typically be to your door or ground-level entrance
- The carrier is not required to bring items inside your home or up flights of stairs
- We recommend having assistance available for moving larger packages
