Does the NOVA X1 have rear suspension?
The NOVA X1 features an adjustable front suspension fork and wide fat tires that help absorb bumps on everyday routes and maintained trails.
It does not have dedicated rear suspension. If you frequently ride over rough or bumpy terrain and prioritize extra comfort, consider comparing it with the Dakeya DA03, which features front suspension and a center shock.
What warranty comes with the NOVA X1?
The NOVA X1 comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering eligible components against manufacturing defects, including the frame, motor, controller, display, and electrical components.

Received bike promply. Minor problems with assembly. Was able to put together pretty quickly. Got customer service to help with menus to adjust factory settings. After riding a few times, adjusting between modes is easy. Bike is fast; I weight 206 lbss, and was able to get upto 41 MPH on flat. Not bad. Goes 30 up any hill, and I live nest to some big hills.

My first eBike
This is the first e-Bike that I have owned. I am really enjoying the bike. Pros- hydraulic brakes, PAS, manual throttle control, powerful motors. Cons- lack of rear suspension, 3 sprockets at pedals (you only need 1 large one), battery life, and key switch (on handlebars). After riding a few miles, you will understand the need for rear suspension. Your rear end will be very sore. I added a Safort seat spring stem for about $90, replaced seat with RockBros seat $20, and added a gel seat cover for about $12. Much better ride now. I also added a handlebar riser stem (130mm) for $25 to help with posture. The next thing I missed when researching these bikes was the front sprockets. The largest one on this bike seems a little small to me, and with the throttle to help starting off, you just need one large one. With the largest sprocket, you are ghost-pedalling at PAS3. That means you cannot pedal fast enough to go faster. You can only use the throttle at that point. As for the battery, you will have to pedal a lot to get the advertised mileage. In reality you get about half the miles or slightly less. My last complaint is the key switch. You will hit your knee on it occasionally. That needs to be relocated. That being said, I really am enjoying the bike. I have over 120 miles on it now. If you are considering an eBike make sure you read up on bike classes and laws in your area!

Great e-bike needs blinkers, a better seat with rear suspension, and a better headlight
Great e-bike. The bike is great. The headlight is weak and does not provide enough light to safely ride at night. There is also no rear suspension. Both of these problems should be coลrectable with aftermarket parts.
