eBike Battery Shipping

Due to shipping regulations, your battery might ship separately. If so:

  • A separate tracking number will be provided.

  • Both packages usually arrive within a similar timeframe.

This ensures faster and safer delivery for your eBike.

Order Tracking

Once your item ships, you will receive a tracking email.

  • Please allow time for the tracking link to update once the carrier scans the shipment.

International Shipping Information

While we do not ship internationally directly, you can arrange third-party shipping:

  • All import duties and taxes are your responsibility.

  • Warranty coverage is not available outside the USA.

  • We cannot assist with additional international shipping documentation.

Important Address Information

We cannot ship to:

  • PO Box addresses

  • APO/FPO military addresses

If a PO Box address is entered, cancellation fees (up to $300) may apply.
