Limited Warranty Coverage

Dakeya Bike warrants to the original registered purchaser that your Dakeya electric bike will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

Additional Warranty Exclusions

  • Accessories purchased separately are not covered under warranty.

  • Stolen bikes are not eligible for warranty claims.

  • Warranty parts will only be shipped within the continental United States.

Environmental Considerations

To maintain warranty coverage:

  • Protect your bike and battery from extreme weather conditions.
