Myrating has nothing to do with the company or the bike. The rating is based on the shipping company
They shipped the bike to the wrong address and the wrong city and would not let me know where they delivered it to or I would have went and picked it up
I never seen the bike so I can’t rate it but I give the company a 5 because they tried to correct the problem but was having problems with FedEx and this is not the first time I’ve had problems with FedEx
They offered to resend the bike but I choose to receive a full refund which was prosesed in a few days and I have received the refund
So the selling company treated me excellent but I will never use FedEx ever again they are worse than the US mail and we know how bad they are
So thank you to Dakeuebike for doing the best that you can but the problem is with FedEx
