Eligible returns must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact support for authorization.
For non-defective returns, a 10% restocking fee applies, plus documented, insured return freight actually incurred, capped at $300.
Verified defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items are not subject to a restocking fee or return-freight deduction.
