In-stock orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, with delivery generally taking another 5–7 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Dakeya offers a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in eligible e-bike components, including the frame, motor, controller, display, and electrical components.

E-bike batteries are covered for 1 year, while electric scooter batteries are covered for 6 months. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse are not covered.

Eligible bikes may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy. Non-defective returns must meet the condition and packaging requirements, and return authorization is required.

For verified defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items, Dakeya covers authorized return shipping without a restocking fee. Change-of-mind returns may incur a 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs of up to $300.
