Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Dakeya Bike offers FREE shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

How long does delivery take after placing an order?

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days and are delivered within 5–7 business days via DHL, FedEx or UPS.

Will my eBike and battery ship together?

Sometimes your bike and battery may ship separately due to shipping regulations. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.

Can I ship to a PO Box or military APO address?

No. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical street address.

What is your return policy for bikes?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if the bike is unused, in original packaging, and in brand-new condition. Restocking fees up to $300 may apply.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the product is defective. All returns must be insured for the full purchase value.

What should I do if my bike arrives damaged?

Please document any damage with clear photos and contact info@dakeyabike.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assist with a replacement or parts.

How long does it take to receive a refund after a return?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

How can I place an order on DakeyaBike.com?

You can easily place an order by selecting your preferred bike or accessory, adding it to your cart, and completing checkout with your billing, shipping, and payment information.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. Once you receive a shipment confirmation email, cancellations are no longer possible, and a return process will be required.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status on the carrier’s website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout for your convenience.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item or my order is incomplete?

Please contact our customer support team at info@dakeyabike.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and details so we can quickly assist you with a solution.
