🔋 Battery Shipping Notice

Due to shipping regulations:

  • eBike batteries may ship separately from the main bike

  • A separate tracking number will be provided

  • Both packages usually arrive around the same time

This process ensures faster, safer delivery of lithium battery items.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

  • Allow 24 hours for tracking to update after pickup

  • Use the tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress


🌎 International Shipping

While we do not ship internationally directly, customers may arrange shipping through a third-party service. Please note:

  • All import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility

  • Warranty coverage is only valid within the USA

  • We cannot provide international customs documentation

Important Address Guidelines

We cannot ship to the following:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO military addresses

⚠️ If a restricted address is submitted, your order may be canceled and subject to a fee of up to $300.


📦 Lost or Stolen Package Policy

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier:

  • Dakeya Bike is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • We recommend:

    • Having someone present to receive the delivery

    • Providing specific delivery instructions at checkout

    • Choosing a secure delivery location


⚖️ eBike Law Compliance

All customers are responsible for knowing and following local eBike laws and usage regulations in their region.


📅 Pre-Order Deliveries

For pre-orders:

  • Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page

  • We’ll keep you informed via email if timelines change


🚪 Large Item Delivery

Large shipments (like eBikes) will be delivered to:

  • Your ground-level entrance or driveway

🚫 Carriers are not required to carry packages upstairs or inside
