FAQs
What makes the DA03’s suspension system different from other electric bikes?
The DA03 features a dual-suspension setup with a 120mm oil-spring front fork and a dedicated 6.5-inch center shock absorber. Unlike standard rear-only suspension e-bikes, the center shock improves balance, reduces frame stress, and provides consistent comfort even with heavy loads, making it ideal for rough terrain and long-distance rides.
How does the handlebar layout improve riding safety and control?
The 28-inch ergonomic handlebar is designed for stability and easy handling.
All essential controls-light switch, horn, display button, and gear shifters—are placed within natural thumb reach, reducing rider distraction. This layout helps maintain better control at high speeds, especially on uneven surfaces.
Does the DA03 support tall or short riders?
Yes. The DA03 includes an adjustable, shock-absorbing saddle suitable for a wide range of rider heights. The seat height, handlebar width, and frame geometry allow riders from approximately 5'3" to 6'5" to ride comfortably without strain.
Is the DA03 suitable for carrying cargo or doing delivery work?
Definitely. The stainless-steel rear rack (31.5” high × 7” wide × 15” long) supports up to 440 lbs on its own. Combined with the bike’s 400 lb total load capacity, the DA03 is strong enough for delivery riders, camping gear, groceries, or even carrying a second passenger.
How weather-resistant is the DA03?
The rear rack supports up to 120 lbs of cargo. The maximum combined load for the bike, rider, and cargo is 400 lbs. Never exceed either limit.
Comfortable ride. I've had 10 Ebikes over time and this one is the best. The only problem I have is the key is a kill switch. I just leave it in

The bike itself is a beast
The bike itself is a beast. Very powerful and with added battery capacity has very good range. The brakes are large and strong, and don't wear out super fast like previous bikes I have had. Just a couple of downfalls, the kickstand mount bent on the frame with very little weight in my panier bags. Also, the tires are not the highlight of the vehicle, as they are wearing quickly and have bad traction. Overall even with those small issues, the bike is a great value for the price. By the way, customer service is fast and friendly as well!

Tork is incredible
Tork is incredible,I had the top speed up to 42 mph, I Believe I can go faster, well built beast
Has good cornering balance, top speed & ride stability. Would like instant throttle response.
The Nova X1 has good balance, gets great range if you coast longer than you pedal and has decent traction over loose rocks, gravel, wet pavement and sand. When I had tested mine for the first two days, I had a problem with both of the hydraulic brakes on the same day - one was a self-loosening set screw problem in the brake handle, which was fixed with the application of thread locker, but the other brake has an internal leak somewhere, causing the front brake to fade and completely loose when holding the brake lever. It spits if I hold for 30 seconds then release the handle. I prefer mechanical brakes for this reason. The ride is not bumpy for me and the light does let other people nearby know that you're there. When I went off road, I switched to 2WD mode and enjoyed good traction on loose rocks and debris. When I dislike is the fading front brake problem and the gradual response from a dead stop for acceleration when I use the throttle. I wish there were an internal option to remove that feature as I sometimes need that instant response when dealing with distracted drivers in the city. What sold me was when I had tested my coworker's Nova X1 at work and I accelerated while leaning into a turn. The balance was lower than I was accustomed to, preventing the bike from tipping over in mid-turn. It was surprisingly stable and I'm all about balance. The tire tread is noisy, but in the city, generating some noise can help to keep distracted people alert of your presence. Overall, I love this bike and I want to upgrade it with my own bike trailer hitch in the future. My usual routine for preparing any bike is to use thread locker on every nut, bolt and spoke, then put an entire bottle of Slime into each tire, due to the many "Goat Head" thorns and other tire bane in Arizona. I'm using my Nova X1 as my daily ride, which is around 10 miles between home and work. Aside from the fading hydraulic brake and the gradual acceleration feature that I could do away with, I love this bike and wouldn't trade it for any other bike. I turned a few heads when going 2WD to pass through a deep hole where the sidewalk was never completed. Many people aren't accustomed to seeing the front tire of any bike spinning to help climb out of a hole.
