30-Day Returns
Contact us within 30 days of delivery for return authorization. Approved non-quality returns may incur a 10% restocking fee plus documented insured return freight actually incurred, capped at $300. For verified defects, shipping damage or incorrect items, authorized return shipping is covered and no restocking fee applies.
2-Year Limited Warranty
Eligible components have a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. E-bike batteries are covered for 1 year; scooter batteries for 6 months. Coverage and exclusions vary by component and product.
